Activities
Vacation Bible School – For one week each summer kids learn about God's love for them in a variety of ways: singing, games, lessons, snacks, and more. All kids ages 3 through middle school are welcome! Our theme this year is "Planet Zoom: Where Bee-lievers Zip, Zap, and Zoom for Jesus!”
Sunday School Children's Parties: Fun parties four times a year, usually around Valentine's Day, early summer, fall, and Christmas.
Congregational Retreat : Every summer we spend a weekend in the mountains with our sister congregation, Redeemer Lutheran, Huntington Beach, for an opportunity to get away, enjoy time with each other in a different setting, learn more about God's grace in our lives, and of course to relax and have fun. Space fills up quickly!

Talent/Variety Show -- There are always more talented people in this church than you think! And sometimes someone even shares a talent you hadn't seen before! Lots of fun and usually accompanied by homemade ice cream! (For some this is an important talent--for the rest of us, of course, who have a talent for eating ice cream.)
Game Nights : Usually once or twice a year. Fun for the whole family!
Movie Nights : Bring your popcorn!
Prince of Peace Singers -- Our choir blesses our worship with music that gives glory to our gracious God.
Chime Choir -- Our chime choir is likewise a blessing for our worship.
Children's Choir -- They love to sing and it's a joy to hear them sing praise to God.
